Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After 30 days, all sales are final.

RankShield operates an SMS program ("RankShield Reputation Audit & Service SMS Program") for the delivery of reputation audits, account and service communications, and — where separately authorized — marketing messages. Full program details, message types, frequency, opt-out keywords (STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT), HELP instructions, and the mobile information no-sharing clause are set forth in our Privacy Policy, Sections 4 and 5, which are incorporated by reference.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent boxes on our web form, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages and AI-powered phone calls as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any free service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Integrations LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RankShield services at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
These Terms and our SMS practices are designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, A2P 10DLC Campaign Registry (TCR) requirements (including Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T carrier approval criteria), and applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
